Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing HR operations, facilitating employee relations, and implementing HR policies effectively. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing employee concerns, and supporting talent development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination
  • Post job openings across LinkedIn and hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and schedule candidate interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR support
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate vendor and admin-related HR activities when required
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment updates

Preferred Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and recruitment platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
