Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based at our Noida office. The HR Executive will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end HR operations, resolving employee-relations issues, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards and applicable labour laws. This individual will work closely with internal teams to foster a positive work environment and strengthen the organisation's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

•       Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

•       Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

•       Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.

•       Drive performance-management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.

•       Maintain accurate HR records, attendance systems, and payroll coordination.

•       Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, including the Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, and related regulations.

•       Plan and execute employee-engagement initiatives to build a healthy work culture.

•       Support leadership with workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and organisational development.

Qualifications

•       Minimum 2 year of full-time experience in a dedicated Human Resources role (mandatory).

•       Proven expertise in HR management and core HR processes.

•       Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

•       Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution.

•       Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies.

•       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

•       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

•       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•       Familiarity with Indian employment laws and regulations is highly desirable.
