We are now looking for a smart and proactive Human Resource Executive to help us scale talent, build culture, and support organizational growth from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee documentation (contracts, NDAs, appraisal forms, etc.).
- Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and culture initiatives aligned with the brand's vision.
- Handle day-to-day employee engagement, team welfare activities, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
- Assist management with performance reviews, KPIs tracking, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with operations and clinic staff to ensure smooth HR functioning across all verticals and branches.
- Partner with founders and team leads to build a high-performance, creative, and ethical work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and HR best practices.
Ideal Candidate- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent operations, preferably in a startup, healthcare, wellness, or service-based company.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders across creative, clinical, and corporate functions.
- Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate; must be comfortable working on-site at our clinic/studio.
