About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage and support the human resource functions of our educational institution/university. The candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining a positive work culture for academic and non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative, and support staff
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and compliance-related activities
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional HR policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
  • Support accreditation and audit-related HR documentation when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in education or academic institutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of HR operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel sheet and HR software/tools
  • Ability to coordinate with faculty and administrative teams effectively
