Position: HR Executive

Job Summary
The HR Executive will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting business leadership in building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive work environment and culture.
• Conduct regular employee engagement activities.
HR Policies & Compliance
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and documentation. Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
• Manage attendance, leave, and compensation structures.
• Administer employee benefits (PF, ESI, insurance, etc.).
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare HR reports: attrition, hiring status, attendance, etc.
• Evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of HR experience (or as required by the company).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range- As per market trends/ hike on existing salary
