We're Hiring: HR Executive | Gurgaon

We're looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive who can take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and help us build a strong people-first culture. If you enjoy recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and love creating meaningful workplace experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time, onsite.
What You'll Do:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities
• Handle HR data, MIS reports, attendance & trackers
• Support onboarding, HR operations, and people processes
• Work closely with leadership in shaping workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
• Hands-on HR experience across recruitment & HR operations
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Reporting, etc.)
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
• Ability to multitask in a startup environment
• Knowledge of labour laws / HRMS is a plus
