As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle and supporting daily HR operations.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Handling recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Managing onboarding and ensuring a smooth joining experience
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting performance reviews and feedback processes
- Addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy work culture
- Assisting with HR policies, attendance, and compliance

- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or talent management
