Executive - Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Organize employee events and engagement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances promptly.
  • Assist in performance management and training coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Coordinate and support audits (ISO, Social Compliance, Customer Audits).
  • Oversee general administration activities and maintain HR records.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
