Role & responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance of company policies.
Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Address employee grievances and periodic performance appraisals.
Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with the Social Media team.
Must be flexible working on Admin activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of HR policies, and payroll processing.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
