Role
The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations as per Indian labour laws, ensuring compliance, smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate payroll processing, and efficient HR support. The role includes Recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance, documentation, HR administration, and employee coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing with accuracy, including attendance, leave, and salary calculations.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI and other labour regulations.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with Indian labour laws.
- Oversee onboarding formalities, induction, and employee file documentation.
- Manage employee records, HR letters, and compliance-related documents.
- Support HR operations such as leave management, exit processes, and full & final settlements.
- Handle employee queries and HR communication with professionalism.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support management requirements.
- Assist in performance management, training coordination, and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF & ESI processes, and HR compliance.
- Experience in payroll management and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with attention to detail.
