Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with strong experience in end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while also supporting HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Handle offer discussions and candidate communication.
- Manage HR documentation and employee records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Manage the exit formalities and FNF procedure of the employees.
- Support and organize employee engagement activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Assist in hiring for non-IT roles when required, such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Support functions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment & operations.
- Strong knowledge of technical and non-technical roles and hiring processes.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
