About the Role
We're looking for an Employee Experience & Culture Manager who can bring energy,
creativity, and strong execution to how Amber builds its workplace culture.
This is not a traditional HR role.
You'll be responsible for creating memorable employee experiences, hosting engaging
events, and building a culture people genuinely connect with. From high-energy office
moments to storytelling and engagement initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping Life at
Amber.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Culture
- Design and execute high-impact employee engagement initiatives and cultural
experiences
- Bring company culture to life through creative events, activations, and team
experiences
- Build programs that drive connection, belonging, and participation across teams
2. Events & On-Ground Ownership
- Plan and host internal events including town halls, celebrations, culture days, and
team activities
- Own end-to-end execution — from idea → planning → on-ground execution →
feedback
- Act as a visible culture champion, driving energy and engagement during events
3. Content & Storytelling
- Capture employee moments and translate them into engaging internal and social
content
- Partner with marketing/social teams to showcase Life at Amber
- Contribute to building a relatable and authentic employer brand
4. Internal Communication
- Create simple, engaging, and human-centric communication
- Support leadership messaging in a way that feels clear, relatable, and engaging
5. Feedback & Insights
- Gather employee feedback through surveys, conversations, and events
- Use insights to continuously improve engagement and experience initiatives
6. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with HR, Admin, and business teams to execute initiatives smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in employee engagement, event management, community
building, or experience-driven roles
- Strong interest or background in Psychology, Human Behavior, or People
Experience
- Proven ability to plan and execute events or experiences
- Excellent communication skills — confident, expressive, and people-friendly
- Comfortable hosting events and engaging with large groups
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh, engaging ideas
- High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Experience in hosting events, campus activities, or community initiatives
- Exposure to content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, internal content, etc.)
- Comfort being on-camera or representing the brand publicly
