Position: Lead Generation Executive

Location: NIBM, Pune

Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in the B2B industry (preferably in lead generation/inside sales)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and client engagement
- Ability to execute campaigns such as Whitepaper, MQL, HQL, SQL, and BANT
- Hands-on experience with online research tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage potential prospects within target segments
- Manage and execute lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
