Growth Marketing Manager (End-to-End Ownership)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of client growth—from strategy to execution to results. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, creativity, and execution excellence to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns across platforms while ensuring consistent lead generation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end growth strategies for clients based on business goals
- Identify target audience, positioning, and funnel strategy
- Plan multi-channel campaigns (E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Define KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
2. Account Setup & Funnel Building
- Set up and manage ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Build complete marketing funnels (Landing Pages → Ads → CRM → Retargeting)
- Integrate tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixels, CRM systems
- Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and data flow
3. Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms
- Create campaign structures (TOF, MOF, BOF funnels)
- Coordinate with designers & copywriters for creatives
- Ensure A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages
4. Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily
- Improve metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Implement retargeting & lookalike strategies
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Ensure consistent high-quality lead flow
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratios
- Work closely with sales teams to align on lead quality
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly & monthly performance reports
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-offs
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations
- Present performance to internal teams / clients
Additional Responsibilities (Often Missed but Critical)
- Competitor research and benchmarking
- Marketing automation (email, WhatsApp flows, retargeting sequences)
- CRM management and pipeline tracking
- Experimenting with new growth channels (SEO, influencer, partnerships)
- Budget planning and allocation
- Staying updated with latest ad platform changes & trends
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM tools)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creatives
Good to Have
- Experience in agency environment
- Knowledge of SEO & organic growth
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Understanding of branding + performance marketing integration
