Job Description

Exp : 4+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

Ensure accurate employee records on HRMS with strong data management practices.

Drive background verification, employee documentation, and statutory compliance processes.

Provide accurate payroll inputs, and manage attendance, leave, and time-off records.

Administer employee benefits, including insurance and mediclaim.

Ensure timely processing of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and agreements.

Design and execute the HR engagement calendar and employee engagement initiatives.

Support HRBP and leadership in driving engagement, performance, and employee experience.

Coordinate HR communication initiatives.

Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and drive process automation.

Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Zoho, or similar).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.

High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Exposure to HR audits (e.g., ISO) will be an advantage.
