Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles FOH, BOH, Bar, Kitchen, Stewarding & Support staff
- Handle initial screening & bulk calling for walk-ins and planned manpower hiring
- Conduct 1st round interviews (telephonic / face-to-face / virtual)
- Coordinate with Operations Managers & Unit Heads for manpower planning
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities & onboarding process
- Maintain hiring tracker, MIS & recruitment reports
- Handle replacement hiring & attrition management
- Coordinate with staffing agencies, vendors & consultants
- Support HR operations attendance, payroll inputs, documentation & compliance
- Ensure smooth manpower availability pre-opening & post-launch
Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven experience in hospitality recruitment
- Knowledge of restaurant, caf, bar & kitchen roles
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
- Quick decision-making & follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of labour laws & HR compliance
