HR Cum Admin Executive
Experience: 3-5 years .
Notice Period: As early as possible
Salary: 25k to 35K per month
Location Chembur.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
Conduct orientation and on boarding processes for new employees.
2. Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Ensure all employee records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Attendance and Leave Management:
Track employee attendance & leaves.
Process leave requests and maintain accurate records of employee absences.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide support during internal and external audits related to HR matters.
5. Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
Support employees in accessing training resources and programs.
6. Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing relevant data.
Prepare reports on employee performance evaluations.
7. Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees when necessary.
8. Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating office maintenance activities.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
9. Reporting:
Prepare HR reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
10. Communication:
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
Assist in internal HR-related communication initiatives.
11. Data Management:
Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
12. Ad Hoc Tasks:
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by team leads and management.
13 . Factory Visit .
Will need to travel for factory visit at Umbergaon as an when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resource and Admin role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
