Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and maintain attendance and leave records in HR software.
- Process leave applications and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Assist in preparing payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support statutory audits and ensure timely compliance with labor laws.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Support initiatives for a positive and productive workplace culture.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal and performance review processes.
- Maintain performance data and ensure timely feedback and reporting.
6. HR Documentation & Administration
- Maintain and update employee personnel files.
- Draft letters including appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, and resignation acceptance.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and HR policy records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in HR operations or administration (experience in educational institutions preferred).
- Skills:
