Jr. Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Junior Human Resources Executive. The Junior Human Resources Executive will assist in various HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR databases. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to company HR policies, providing support in employee relations initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day HR management tasks to maintain a productive and positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in drafting and implementing HR Policies and fostering Employee Relations
• Strong understanding of core Human Resources (HR) processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software or systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is beneficial
