Human Resources Executive

Spinoto is India's first on-demand mechanic app, revolutionizing vehicle servicing by making it as simple as ordering food online. Designed to provide trusted and verified mechanics, Spinoto offers services for roadside breakdowns, routine maintenance, repairs, and spare parts delivery. With the flexibility to cater to customers at their convenience, Spinoto aims to transform vehicle servicing into a hassle-free experience. The app will soon be available on both iOS and Android platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, implement HR policies, foster employee relations, and oversee various HR functions. The individual will also support recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement, and provide assistance in other areas of HR management to contribute to a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of general Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
