We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 13 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll Coordination, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-endrecruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri & other portals.
- Handle HRMS activities including attendance, leave management, employee master data, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and culture-building activities.
- Maintain HR records, support admin operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 13 years of experience as an HR Executive in an IT Industry.
- Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
