We are looking for a HR Executive who responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, creating and updating policies, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Core responsibilities
- Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Record keeping: Maintaining employee records and managing administrative tasks.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, assist in setting goals, and support employee development plans.
- Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a fair and safe work environment.
- Payroll and benefits: Coordinating with employees on payroll matters, PF, ESIC, and medical insurance.
- Training and development: Creating and managing employee training programs and performance appraisals.
- HR Strategy: Work with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Recruitment and hiring: Identifying vacant positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and processing new hires.
- Onboarding: Explaining company policies and culture, collecting documents, and introducing new employees to their teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
