Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Ahmedabad location. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities, oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and support recruitment and onboarding procedures. Additional responsibilities include handling compliance, staff training, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience handling HR Operations and developing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance guidelines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
