Job Description

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment:

- Assist in developing job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

2. Performance Management System: Work towards development & implementation of Performance Management System & monitor the same-- JD, KRA, KPI, etc.

3. Employee Relations:

- Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns.

- Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

4. Benefits and Compensation:

- Assist in administering employee benefits programs.

- Coordinate benefits, enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.

- Support compensation-related activities, including salary benchmarking.

4. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance of company policies.

- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.

- Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance.

5. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Prepare HR reports, including metrics on recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement.

- Assist in coordinating employee events and activities.

- Taking feedback of employees and running campaigns like Employee of the Month and other motivating activities

6. Training and Development:

- Support the development and delivery of training programs.

- Identify training needs and recommend solutions.

7. Digital Marketing

- Assist the digital marketing team (outsourced) in preparation of posts with the required data

- Ensure the posts on social media are updated on a timely basis

- Updating website in case new information is provided by the management (to be communicated to the developer)
