Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Human Resources Executive. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR Operations & Administrative works, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day HR management tasks. You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's workforce functions in alignment with company values and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience with HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Strong Employee Relations skills to maintain a positive work environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
