We are currently partnered with a leading firm in Kolkata to identify a sharp, hands-on HR Executive (Recruitment) who excels in fast-paced environments and is ready for immediate deployment.
Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the
Kolkata metropolitan area.
The HR Executive will be responsible for
end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline development, and supporting HR operations to ensure efficient organizational functioning.
You will play a pivotal role in sourcing high-quality talent while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a strong, compliant, and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure
- Develop and nurture strong candidate pipelines, especially for niche and technical roles
- Conduct advanced sourcing using Boolean search, competitive mapping, and alternative channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions based on market insights
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and HR operational processes
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee-related queries and support essential HR activities
Required Experience & Skills:
- Immediate joining is mandatory
- 2.55 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong command of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, and resume evaluation
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with timely follow-ups
- Prior experience in an IT company or recruitment agency is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
