- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leaves, and payroll
- Coordinate employee engagement and training activities
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist management in performance evaluation and HR reporting
