Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executivebased in Vasai. The Human Resources Executive will handle a variety of HR functions, including managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR management. This role entails active involvement in day-to-day HR operations, contributing to organizational goals, and enhancing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Support Seniors on Payroll & Compliance
• Good knowledge of Advance Excel, AI, BI & MSOffice tools.
• Knowledge on Spine and Saral Payroll could be an advantages
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is advantageous
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in India
