AI Applications Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support AI-based enterprise applications using modern AI tools and frameworks such as AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Apply classical AI techniques including clustering, classification, regression, Monte Carlo simulations, and Bayesian blending to solve complex business problems.
• Participate in system planning, scheduling, and implementation for large-scale AI-driven applications.
• Build and enhance product features to automate complex business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance within a cloud-native environment.
• Contribute to the establishment of AI development best practices, including testing, deployment, and monitoring standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or related fields (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered).
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Oracle Cloud AI Services.
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working in global, multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
• Experience working with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), or advanced AI tooling.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for continuous delivery and automation.
