Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing HR programs. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and experience in HR Management
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience in HR Policies and HR Operations
• Excellent skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
