Location: Ahmedabad ( Area Prahladnagar )
Office Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 24 Years

Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 (As per experience)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal references.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and final selection.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare and collect joining documents and maintain organized personnel files.
- Draft & issue HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Warning Letters, etc.).
- Conduct employee induction and brief new hires on company policies and procedures.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Oversee internal transfers, promotions, and employee movement processes.
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR issues.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management for escalations.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace environment through regular communication.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Track participation and assist in identifying skill gaps.
- Support planning and scheduling of training programs.
6. Administrative Support
- Assist with payroll checking and salary slip preparation.
- Handle administrative tasks including ticket booking, hotel booking, and other office-related activities.
7.Compliance and policy management like PF , labour management compliance
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR policies.
- Proficient in HRMS, MS Office, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
