Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment position at The Grey Metaphor. The Human Resources Executive Recruitment will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources management.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Management skills in recruitment and staffing
• Knowledge of HR Operations and policies
• Experience in employee relations
• Good understanding of human resources management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree and relevant certifications in HR field will be an added advantage
