We build automation solutions for waste management industry using industry 4.0 tools, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT. Our solutions use computer vision to make sorting of waste more efficient at different stages of the waste value chain. transform the waste management practices across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring (requisitions, sourcing, interviews, offers)
  • Liaise with consultants, colleges, and placement institutes
  • Manage joining formalities, induction, and documentation

HR Operations & HRMS

  • Employee registration and data management in HRMS (e.g., GreytHR)
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and compliance documents
  • Update organizational data and reports

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Track attendance, leave, comp-off, and shift records
  • Support payroll inputs (CTC, deductions, attendance validation)
  • Coordinate with finance for any employee updates related to salary or bank

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, payroll, and attendance
  • Support engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management

Office Administration

  • Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and security services
  • Coordinate maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Handle vendors for pantry, stationery, travel, and maintenance
  • Maintain asset inventory and issue/return records
  • Ensure cost control and timely renewals

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements and accommodations (As and when needed)
  • Support logistics for meetings, trainings, and events

Compliance & Documentation

  • Support statutory compliance documentation and audits
  • Maintain records related to licenses, agreements, and renewals

Requirements of a Successful Candidate

MBA in HR or any relevant qualification.

13 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / Manufacturing setup.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS systems.
