Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment cycle
Sourcing, screening & coordinating interviews
Onboarding & documentation
Payroll preparation & coordination
Attendance & leave management
Maintaining employee records
Supporting HR operations & employee queries
Requirements:
12 years of HR experience
Good communication skills
Knowledge of payroll & compliances
Strong MS Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
