Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will oversee various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel matters, and facilitating positive workplace culture. The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, and addressing employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The candidate will work closely with team members to support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to handle core HR responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits programs.
• Strong skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
