Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR professional who can build strong hiring pipelines, manage employee lifecycle, and support a fast-growing jewellery brand. The role combines recruitment, HR operations, and culture-building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store staff, customer support, production, and corporate roles
- Draft JDs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
- Build talent pipelines for retail sales, jewellery consultants, and backend teams
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR MIS
- Handle confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities
3. HR Operations & Policies
- Implement HR policies, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and workplace standards
4. Culture & Retention
- Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition
- Support training programs for sales and customer experience teams
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
Requirements:
- 26+ years experience in HR (retail/startup experience preferred)
- Strong hiring skills, especially for sales and operational roles
- Organized, proactive, and good with people management
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll coordination, and compliance basics
Preferred:
- Experience hiring for luxury retail / jewellery / fashion brands
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced founder-led environment
