Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role includes developing and implementing organizational HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. The role also requires collaborating with management to ensure a positive work environment and alignment with company goals.

• Demonstrated ability in managing Employee Relations and ensuring workplace harmony.
• Experience in overseeing HR Operations and maintaining accurate records and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and dynamic team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Prior experience in an HR role within a corporate or similar environment is highly desirable.
