Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Executive. The responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and driving effective HR management practices. The role also involves contributing to a collaborative work environment that aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience with Employee Relations and designing or implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency and knowledge in core Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi as part of a growing team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food or retail industry is an advantage
