About the Role
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth induction.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support in preparing and processing payroll data in coordination with the accounts team.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including leave management, attendance tracking, and grievance handling.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR-related reports (MIS) for management review.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and provide HR support to staff.
About You
- Minimum Qualification: BBA / MBA in HR, or equivalent specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum Experience: 35 years in HR operations (real estate/construction industry experience preferred).
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/Payroll software, and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of HR best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
