Human Resources Executive (Fresher)

The Opportunity

Visdum is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our team as we continue building a world-class workforce.

As our HR Executive, you'll dive deep into talent acquisition from sourcing and screening to interview coordination while learning how to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market. You'll support our hiring efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to real-world hiring strategies at a growing SaaS startup.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience with the complete hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Learn how to write job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and learn how interviews are planned and conducted.
• Build strong coordination and communication skills by interacting with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Learn how to manage recruitment trackers and keep hiring data organized.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing basic documentation.
• Share ideas to improve our hiring process and help us build a great candidate experience.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in Human Resource.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
