We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth HR administration as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmation, exits).
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exit letters, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in audits and ensure statutory compliance documentation is up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 01years of experience in an HR Recruiter /Generalist / HR Executive role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and recruitment support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR documentation.
