Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and implementing HR processes, recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and working proactively with various departments to address HR requirements. The role also includes handling employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, and addressing day-to-day people-related queries and challenges.

Qualifications
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • HR Operations: Competence in employee record management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Ability to lead initiatives that foster employee morale, motivation, and team building.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with employees at all levels and address their concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR Management Software: Familiarity with tools and systems to streamline HR workflows is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR or certifications like SHRM/PHR is a plus.
