Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and handle day-to-day HR operations. This role includes leading initiatives to enhance the employee experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting organizational development strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management, including workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and proficiency in handling day-to-day HR functions
• Expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• 2 yrs Experience in developing and enforcing HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources processes and systems
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization is a plus
