Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Assist in training and development initiatives
Handle exit formalities including full and final settlement
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
