Role Overview:  

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations. You should be comfortable working independently and setting up HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Talent Acquisition: Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and social media for Sales, Operations, and other roles  

- Screening & Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video screening, assess candidate fit, and shortlist profiles  

- Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate final interviews with management, share feedback, and manage offer rollouts  

- Job Postings: Create and post JDs on relevant portals, manage responses, and maintain candidate database  

- HR Operations: Handle onboarding documentation, employee records, attendance, and basic policy implementation  

- Employee Engagement: Support team engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture  

- Compliance Support: Assist with basic statutory compliance and payroll inputs  

Requirements:  

- Experience: 2-3 years in recruitment + HR operations. Experience in startups/SME preferred  

- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals  

- Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi & English  

- Education: Graduate in HR/MBA-HR preferred but not mandatory. Practical knowledge matters more  

- Mindset: Self-starter, problem solver, and comfortable as a one-person HR initially  

- Other: Should be based in Surat or willing to relocate
