About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to onboarding the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and follow up on interview feedback promptly.
- Maintain candidate data and track hiring status in HR systems.
- Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Positive attitude, strong follow-up, and result-driven mindset.
