Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive based in India to support end-to-end onboarding of US-based candidates. The role involves coordinating onboarding activities, documentation, background verification support, and communication with candidates and internal US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for US candidates from offer acceptance to joining, ensuring a smooth and timely transition. Coordinate with candidates for documentation, compliance requirements, and background verification while maintaining clear communication between US hiring teams and candidates across different time zones. Maintain onboarding trackers and HR databases accurately, conduct virtual onboarding sessions and orientation calls, ensure compliance with company policies and US hiring regulations, and work closely with recruitment and payroll teams to support a seamless onboarding experience.
- Recruitment and Selection: Identifying staffing needs, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring local talent.
- Onboarding and Training: Integrating new hires into company culture and developing employee skills through training.Provide training to employees on communication skills for engaging with US candidates, including spoken and written English, focusing on neutral accent development, pronunciation clarity, fluency, and professional business communication standards

- Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, setting goals, and providing feedback for development also with Recruitment manager
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, salaries, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work culture, resolving conflicts, and improving engagement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to labor laws (equal opportunity, safety, hours) and managing risks.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Developing initiatives to meet future company needs and retaining talent
Required Skills
- 1–5 years HR / onboarding experience (preferred US staffing exposure)
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to handle email and video call communication professionally
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (offer, onboarding, documentation)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in US time zone
