Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
Sales and Marketing Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and client communication.
- Exposure to digital marketing, social media management, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and achieve business targets.
Preferred:
- Experience or exposure to the IT, software, cloud, or technology services industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
