JOB TITLE: HR Executive / HR Generalist

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HRMS administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer HRMS, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee data updates.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and monthly attendance processing.
• Generate MIS reports, HR dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development activities.
• Address employee queries and assist in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
• Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in HR audits and maintain statutory and compliance-related documentation.
