Job Description

Job Description - HR Executive

To effectively execute HR operations, support hiring and employee lifecycle activities, ensure accurate HR documentation, coordinate payroll-related inputs, and provide reliable HR data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
  • Support offer rollout and joining formalities

2.Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding processes
  • Track employee confirmations, transfers, and exits

3.Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance and leave records regularly

4.Employee Support & Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Assist in gathering employee feedback and exit interviews

5.HR Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date employee records
  • Support statutory compliance documentation and audits as required.

Skills:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; HRMS knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR operations or generalist roles preferred.
